Lose Weight? Healthy Life?




I'm about to murder myself while I'm seeing the picture shown above~!

Lots of people do ask me that how to shake off 10kg in 4months.
Oh well, i have been succeed shake off around 10kg in 3-4months time.
Kinda happy about that,
but i think i should lose some weights again,
because I'm not that kind of skinny girl~
how i wish that i am skinny just like Yoona or Tiffany(snsd).


You see,in order to successfully reach your weight loss goals,
all you need to understand how to lose weight in the best and correct way.
It's gonna make a ton of sense i guess.
A complete yet easy to understand my explanation of exactly what is required for weight lose to take place.
How it happens and Why it happens?and most important is what you need to do in order to make it happens.

You guys must know that food is more powerful than any presciption weight loss pills because the food that you eat can either make you thin or fat~!
You don't get fat because of a lack of exercising, that's a myth~! :D
And you get fat because you don't eat the right foods at the right intervals each day~!


IF you yourself want a whole new world of course you can have it cause it is in your hands~!
But you must take the first step and you must ACT~!
No one can do this for you~!
If you want to re-make your life of course you can~!
So if you want to lose weight,DO IT NOW~! :D


Let's go back to the question, did you actually think before this question?
I mean "Why Am I OVERWEIGHT?"
There maybe many reasons for your weight problem~!
Weight problems often run in families or you might overrating to comfort yourself when you are sad,stressed or lonely?
Sometimes a low metabolism or a problem with hormone levels may be the cause i guess~!
New diet may help you lose weight for a little while but the weight often comes back unless you find new ways to deal with the problems that leading to you weight gain~!
This mean learning new ways to deal with the stressness and the loneliness.
You should just follow a healthy diet that you like and that you can stick with~!

The diet should be low in fats and sugars and high in fiber and protein~!
It might be hard and it may also take time but try not to get discouraged cause your effort will be worth it.
The key is to keep trying to eat the right foods and always exercise like 3-4times a week~!

Always try to avoid rich bakery foods such as donuts,muffins sweet rolls,cheese cake~!!
Because these foods can contain more than 50% FAT CALORIES~!!!(i know it tastes like heaven)
Snacks such as angel food cake and gingersnap cookies can satisfy your sweet tooth without adding fat to your diet.

Hot and cold cereals are usually low in fat,but instant cereals with cream may contain high-fat oils or butterfat.
GRANOLA cereals may also contain high-fat oils and EXTRA sugars~!!
Try to look for low-sugar options for both instant and granola cereals.
Avoid fried snacks such as potato chips and tortilla chips. And try the low-fat or baked version instead.







Fruit and vegetables are naturally low in fat~!!
They add flavor and variety to your diet.
They also contain fiber,vitamins and minerals.
Margarine,butter,sour cream and mayonnaise add FAT to vegetables and fruits~!!
Try to use non-fat or low-fat version of these foods.
You can also use non-fat or low-fat yogurt or herbs as seasonings instead.

I'll try to list down what foods you need to avoid and what foods you don't need to~!


Foods that you need to avoid such as :

Doughnuts,pastries and scones , fried tortillas,croissants,biscuits,
white breads and rolls,sugar cereals and regular granola,
snack cracker,potato,corn chips ,buttered popcorn,
white pasta,white rice,fried rice,
all-purpose white flour,
fried vegetables or vegetables served with cream,cheese or butter sauces,
coconut,french fries,hash browns and potato chips,
pepperoni,salami,bologna,liverwurst,regular hot dogs or sausage,
whole or 2% milk,regular butter milk,
yogurt that made with whole milk,
CHEESE and ICE CREAM..ETC
(that's all in my mind)



Foods that you may try such as :

(all should be LOW-FAT)brown rice,whole-wheat pasta,oatmeal,
popcorn(un-buttered),crackers,low-fat whole grain breads and rolls,
All vegetable raw,steamed,broiled,baked or tossed with very small amount of olive oil,
fresh fruit,baked,mashed and boiled potatoes or sweet potatoes,
fish,low-fat fish sticks,cakes and shellfish,lean pork,fat-free hot dogs,
fat-free turkey dogs,
skim or 1% milk,buttermilk made from skim milk,
non-fat or low-fat yogurt,low-fat cheese with less than 3grams of fat per serving,
low-fat cream cheese,sorbet,sherbet ,low-fat ice cream,
gingersnaps and molasses cookies,light mayonnaise,
light salad dressing or non-stick cooking spray
(that's all in my mind)


Everyone might think that diet coke is suitable to diet right?

Actually i don't really agree with that and i think it is still fat especially for people who are trying to diet.
Although it is not fat as non-diet coke i mean original coke but it is still fat for me though.
So please people,always say no to diet coke if you're really on diet.
Eating too many high-fat foods not only adds excess calories which can lead to obesity and weight gain~!!!
It also increases your risk for several diseases such as heart attack,diabetes and certain types of cancer that have been linked to diets too high in fat~!!
If you consume too much saturated and trans fats you are more likely to develop high cholesterol and coronary artery disease.


Do you know what exactly is CHOLESTEROL means?


Although cholesterol has gotten a bad rap over the years but it is not by itself,a bad thing.
Cholesterol is a soft,faintly yellow,naturally accurring waxy substance found in cell walls and membranes throughout our body,including our brain,nerves,muscles,skin,liver,intestines and heart~!
It is one of several fats,or lipids,your body produces.
Without enough cholesterol you simply can't alive~!
Actually we use our cholesterol to produce sex hormones,vitamin D,and bile acids that help you digest fat~!
And our body such as liver, intestines and skin manufactures about 3 or 4 times more cholesterol.
That means we could go the rest of our life without ever consuming another bite of cholesterol and you'd be just fine~!
OMG~! i am so PRO~!!!! haha

Here it comes CALORIES~!

Well, every foods and every drinks contain calories~!
The reason why I'm mention calories because the answer to the almighty "how to lose weight" question all revolves around with calories.
Not only does everything you eat and drink contain calories,but everything that you do it did burn your calories.
Make it simple, every steps you take and every moves you make burns calories.
Our body actually burns hundred or even thousand of calories each day~!
Eventhought you're sitting all day long,your body would still burns calories.
Eliminating those calories doesn't have to be painful.
Starvation diet simply don't work.
Instead,the little things are what matter~!

In addition,this is another way for you to tried-and true-weight-loss-tricks like

1. keep a diary write the WYHs,make a list of all of the reasons you're trying to lose weight? write the WORRIES,what are you worried about in terms of your ability to lose weight?
Record your triggers,so everytimes you eat something you think you shouldn't eat,document how you felt when you ate it.

2. Don't eat like him/her.

3.Downsize your plate. start using a salad plate instead of a dinner plate to encourage smaller portions.

4.Use the toothpaste trick. Brush your teeth immediately after dinner to stave off late-night noshing cause when your mouth feels clean, you're less to think about eating (in my opinion)


5.Feel the different.carry a 5pounds bag of sugar for a day,then you'll notice how much you lighter you feel when you put it down.

6.ALWAYS measure your weight.


If you wind-up needing medication,
think about how fortunate we are today to have these generally safe and highly effective drugs available to us~!!!
Life style changes are still the mainstay of then LIVE IT DOWN PLAN.
While all drugs have potential side effects,healthy lifestyle changes are never toxic isn't it?

Also,where as drugs target a single disease or risk factor, habits like getting more exercise lowering your stress level sand eating a heart-healthy diet provide a vast array of healthy benefits no pharmaceutical product could ever match.
