Letting It Go




After breaking up with someone you loved, even if you were the one who decided to end it and don't feel rejected, you'll still feel a sense of loss, and you ache for the love you were getting that's now gone.




Even so, one worse things you can do is try to resist your feelings.

If you’re sad, then just feel sad.

Resisting your emotions inside or telling yourself that you shouldn’t feel a certain will only extand the time of healing process.



There’s going to be moments where you’ll want to be alone after the break up,

but it’s also helpful to get around friends and family that love you.




If you just broke up with some one you love, you’re likely a void of love in your life.

It’s very helpful to fill that void with the love and support of those that love and support you no matter what.

Feeling this love will help you move on quicker.
