its a finnaly i have this opportunity to write something on my blog~!! gosh~~

it has been more than 1 month i guees??

okays.. the reason why i have no time for my blog... easy what..because of working!!!

mad busy during whole june and july would be more busy~!!
tomorrow is sunday, and hell ya i still need to go to work! tones of works are waiting for me there...

mad sad actually yesterday because got scolded by a client without a reasonable reason!!

she was calling to the office and then my manager picked up the phone and my manager told me to take the files and send it to their office!
okay i took the files and went to their office..
stepped inside their office, passed the file to the clerk.
there she comes... she has started shouting at me yell at me..

i was so shocked and my mind was so empty and blank!!!
then after that she called my boss and complain everything!~~~


i was like....what the fuck... and actually i wanted to fight back her words but i dont dare because im just an employee who works with an employer!!!

when i got back to office.. i started to cry!! big cry....like i never did it since forever!!!!!
holy shit...

i swear to god, i would burn her house her shop her everything for god sake!!!

i will never tolerant with this kind of person no more!! you might think that im too good to be bully, maybe yes for the past but not now anymore!!!!

i dont really care if she's older than me or what.. people like this make me cant show my respectivity to her!!

How preventative birth control has evolved over the ages.




For thousands of years,
people have been trying to control the size of their families whether it is for economic, physical, emotional or social reasons.
Before the arrival of modern medicine, pregnancy was a dangerous business and many women died during or after childbirth.
Much of the birth control methods that were developed were done so by trial and error, and the secrets that were revealed were silently passed on from woman to woman.

Various methods of contraception have been around for a lot longer that we though. Whether it is through ritual, stomach lining, pills or potions,
when it comes to birth control we humans appear to have thought of everything and of course with varying degrees of success.
We look at some of the forms of contraception that have been used in the past.




Oral contraceptives have been accessible for more than 4,000 years.
Women in early China drank mercury to avoid pregnancy.

Later, women in India swallowed carrot seeds,
and an aboriginal group in Eastern Canada drank tea brewed with beaver testicles.

In 1960 the FDA approved the first birth-control pill, Enovid.
Within two years, more than 1 million women were prescribing it.




Before the condom that we know today came into existence,
animal’s intestines were used.
Later, the Italian seducer Giancarlo Casanova used them as a form of birth control, although by then their main aim was to prevent syphilis.

A couple of centuries later an American inventor patented rubber which led to the mass production of condoms.
Today, a large variety of multicoloured and flavoured latex condoms are available to use.

The female condom was also approved for sale in Europe in the ’90s.
Consequent advances to the female condom have made it cheaper and more comfortable to use,
but it’s still less not a popular contraceptive method.





Before Dr. Marie Stopes helped to modify the cervical cap,
a silver, gold or ivory thimble like cap that covered the cervix was used.
While they had some potential those caps sometimes led to Toxic Shock Syndrome, unusual odours, discharge, infections and not to mention pregnancy since they only work if properly fitted and have a chance of falling out during sex.




These were originally made out of metal,
rubber and even glass with a button at the end to stop it from getting lost in the uterus.
While these did work they were not great in terms of safety,
especially the glass one.
These have become a lot safer for use today and are an extremely effective form of contraception such as Mirena which was introduced after 2000 and is effective for five years.

Back a little while

finally i dont need to go back to office saturday just because today is Labour day yet tomorrow is Sunday of course..

i can really have my long long nap since i dont really have my good nap on the past 2 weeks!!

its been a long long time i didnt post new picture..

i am super jet lagged right now..yet headache!!

but im going to exercise since i didnt really exercise already.. i think it has been 4 months time i didnt exercise already...

as you know that i have been super busy since january..i mean just because i've started my work..

now then i realizes how blissful when you're having holiday even just 2 days. (rather the you spend more 2 days stay inside the office "not worth at all")

how i wish the time can stop now!

the reason :
because he wants to buy a corby pro to his gf (at the same time i just own corby and it's still consider new)
so he offers me B7320 since it was my dream phone last time (as you can read it from my older post)
and he said B7320 is expensive than your corby pro! you sure you dont want that phone..?

omfg... im super confuse now! what to do?
should i accept that offer?
aww im still thinking about that~!

like so hard to make decision! because i love both of it!
